The Strange Rebirth of Welsh Liberalism
The Welsh Liberals will have a option when they are hammered at the next election. They can break with the Federal party and stand up for that Welsh Liberalism that gave birth both to Wales as a modern Nation and the modern welfare state in the UK, or they can lose Cardiff in 2012. They are a autonomous party.
